Role Description This is a full-time Marketing Specialist role based in Trivandrum, with a hybrid work model that allows a combination of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The Marketing Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties and services, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing local real estate trends, and identifying target audiences to improve outreach and lead generation. The role involves collaborating with sales and customer service teams, creating marketing materials, managing social media and online listings, and tracking campaign performance. The Marketing Specialist will also support branding efforts, maintain consistent messaging, and provide regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas effectively.
• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the real estate sector.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support lead conversion.
• Ability to develop and implement Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, property listing sites).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating both on-site in Trivandrum and remotely with team members.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; real estate experience is an added advantage.
