Ingenero Technologies is looking for an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager to drive business development and market expansion across Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in Engineering Services, EPCM, PMC, FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Industrial Consulting, along with an established network within the Oil & Gas and Process Industries.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Drive business development and revenue growth across Engineering Services, EPCM, PMC, FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Consulting engagements.

✔ Build and maintain relationships with key clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and project owners.

✔ Lead proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.

✔ Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

✔ Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to develop value-driven client solutions.

✔ Represent Ingenero at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.

We're Looking For

✅ 12–15+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing within Engineering Services.

✅ Experience working with clients in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Energy, and Industrial Manufacturing.

✅ Strong understanding of EPCM, PMC, FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Consulting Services.

✅ Proven track record of revenue generation, client acquisition, and strategic account management.

✅ Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

✔ Existing relationships with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma'aden, ADNOC, leading EPC contractors, or major industrial project owners.

✔ Experience supporting greenfield and brownfield projects.

✔ Exposure to digital transformation, process optimization, and engineering consulting solutions.

🌍 Location: Saudi Arabia (Extensive travel across the GCC region)
