Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Representative role based in Bareilly. The Marketing Representative will promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and key partners, ensuring accurate product information and brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, conducting product presentations, following up on leads, and supporting sales targets within the assigned territory. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, gathering market feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to plan and execute marketing activities. The Marketing Representative will also assist with training sessions, reporting market trends, and supporting promotional campaigns to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals and clients.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to achieve targets, manage territories, and support promotional activities.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to deliver product presentations and educate customers on product benefits and usage.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing or healthcare sales is preferred.
• Ability to work in the field, manage schedules, and travel within Bareilly and nearby areas as required.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and compliance requirements is beneficial.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in science, pharmacy, business, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in local language and English, along with basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
