Weavetex India is a leading home textiles export house based out of Delhi NCR, exporting to Europe and Latin America. We work with premium home decor categories including Cushions, Throws, Rugs, Curtains, and Bedspreads for renowned international retailers.

Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Merchandiser to drive new business development — pitching our product range to new customers and expanding into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and pitch products to prospective new buyers/customers
• Develop and open up new markets/territories for the business
• Build strong client relationships and represent the company confidently in meetings/trade shows
• Present product range, collections, and capabilities effectively to potential buyers
• Coordinate with internal merchandising/sampling teams to support new client requirements
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and buyer preferences
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active accounts

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience, strictly from a Home Textile background
• Strong knowledge of textiles — fabric types, construction, and product categories (Cushions/Throws/Rugs/Curtains/Bedspreads etc.)
• Good face value and presentation skills — confident, client-facing personality
• Excellent communication and pitching/negotiation skills
• Self-driven with a strong new business development mindset
