•

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company?s customer base and ensure it?s strong presence

•

Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

•

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

•

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

•

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualification

•

Diploma/Degree in Engineering domain. B.Tech preferred.ﾠ

•

Minimum 1-3 yr of Sales work experience required and certification preferred;ﾠ

•

LT Panel background preferred, but not necessary.ﾠ

•

Proficient with MS Office applicationsﾠ

•

Must demonstrate strong math, attention to details, time management and multi-tasking skills.ﾠ

•

Self-motivated learner with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.ﾠ

•

Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak season.ﾠ

•

Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze customer requirementsﾠ
