Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

 Understanding of business and the brand.

 Identifying potential products offerings to customers.

 Understanding of various textures across Lip, Eye & Face category.

 Keeping up to date with the trends in color cosmetics, proposing & sharing with the team for textures and innovative packaging.

 Storage & samples management in house (in office) for various textures across lip, eye & face category.

 Storage & management of samples with shade libraries.

 Storage & management of packaging library across Lip, Eye & face category.

 Exhibiting the finished good samples received from factory in the display window.

 Liason with suppliers for Packaging solutions for the new projects.

 To collaborate with cross-functional department like Supply chain, Quality & Production and Factory team for execution of projects.

 Ensure development of samples and textures as per customers' brief.

 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive speed, manage cost and quality Soft skills needed:

 Knowledge of various products in cosmetics

 Evaluation of various textures in cosmetics

 Sample management

 Presentation skills

 Time management

 Communication Skills
