Marketing Manager

🌱 EF Polymer is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and strategic Marketing Manager to build and lead the company's marketing function across India and international markets. This role is perfect for someone who has successfully driven brand building in startups, ideally in agri-tech, sustainability, or impact sectors, and who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting the overall marketing vision and execution roadmap— across digital, offline, ATL/BTL, PR, content, and partner campaigns. While you will be supported by agencies, a graphic designer, and ground teams, your role will be focused on strategy, planning, coordination, and quality control. You will work closely with leadership, product, sales, and international teams to drive consistent brand visibility and lead generation.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
• 5–8 years of working experience in Agriculture required.
• Proven track record in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and building brands from scratch.
• Proficiency in digital tools (Social Media, Mailchimp or Similar Email Marketing Tools, Canva/Adobe, Google Analytics, SEO basics).
• Experience in managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional coordination.
