Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing & E- Commerce)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive with knowledge of Digital Marketing and Shopify. The candidate will be responsible for managing B2B portals, handling online inquiries, supporting dispatch coordination, and assisting in day-to-day marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update company profiles on IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and ExportersIndia.
• Handle customer inquiries received through B2B portals and coordinate with the sales team.
• Manage the company's Shopify store, including product uploads, inventory updates, and order tracking.
• Execute basic digital marketing activities such as social media posting, email marketing, and online promotions.
• Create and update product listings, images, and descriptions.
• Coordinate dispatches with the warehouse/logistics team and ensure timely order processing.
• Maintain records of inquiries, orders, dispatches, and customer communications.
• Generate daily and weekly reports on leads, sales inquiries, and portal performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify.
• Experience handling IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and ExportersIndia portals.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or B2B portal management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and online lead generation.
• Experience in dispatch coordination and order management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
