Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Business Development Executive role based in Tumakuru. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong sales pipeline across the company’s portfolio of software and digital solutions. The executive will manage client relationships, coordinate account activities, and collaborate with internal teams to present tailored proposals and solutions. Daily tasks include conducting market research, engaging in outbound and inbound outreach, preparing presentations, negotiating terms, and tracking performance against business development targets. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and providing regular reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, proposals, and ongoing engagements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Candidates should ideally have familiarity with software, IT services, or digital solutions sales and marketing.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
• Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Tumakuru, with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
