About the role

We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist to own the marketing tech stack for our long-term US mortgage client. You'll run GoHighLevel end to end — pipelines, funnels, forms, and automation workflows — manage the integrations that feed it, and use ChatGPT and Claude daily as real production tools, not as a novelty.

This is a builder role, not a strategy-deck role. You'll ship campaigns, wire up tools, and see your work drive results directly — and the role will keep growing as the stack does.

What you'll own

• GoHighLevel (GHL): Full CRM ownership — pipeline setup, funnel and form builds, and marketing automation workflows
• Integrations: MonitorBase (borrower retention / credit-monitoring alerts), MyHomeIQ (homeowner reports and realtor referral tools), and Aila (AI call capture that syncs into GHL). These are mortgage-industry tools — we don't expect you to know them coming in, and we'll train you
• ARIVE: Set up and manage Realtor contacts inside our loan origination platform
• Housing Link: Build out consumer- and Realtor-facing profile pages
• Social & paid: Support our overall social presence, working directly with our contract social media lead, and plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns
• What's next: Take on new tools and projects as we grow — this role evolves with the business

What we're looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel — or deep experience with a comparable CRM/automation platform (HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, Keap) and the drive to get fluent in GHL fast
• Daily working fluency with ChatGPT and Claude, used as real production tools
• Solid CRM administration and marketing automation fundamentals — you've built funnels, forms, and workflows yourself
• Real social media experience — content, scheduling, or strategy

Nice to have

• Mortgage or real estate industry exposure
• Paid media experience across Meta and Google Ads
• Comfortable working async with a small, distributed team
