Marketing and Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content.
• Write creative captions and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Plan and execute content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and implement new ideas.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative content.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic social media reports.
• Assist in increasing brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.

Required Skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Creativity in content planning and idea generation.
• Basic understanding of Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,984.42 - ₹20,706.34 per month
