Manual Test Engineer - Web

Location:Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

• Involved in preparing Test Cases covering Functional, UI, and
• Testing modules and reporting bugs early in release life cycle
• Frequent feedback to Development Team and Test Lead on stability of tested components
• Perform functional, installation and performance testing
• Prepare Build Verification Testing Documents
• Should be very strong in Manual/Functional Testing
• Should have worked on Agile methodology
• Contribute to QA team process improvement
• Experience in API and DB Testing

What kind of person are we looking for

• BE / B.Tech (Engineering) / MS / MCA (Specialization in Computer Science)
• 3-5 Yrs. of Experience in the Software Testing experience in various business web
• Excellent in test case design, writing test cases and execution
• Experience on manual testing and system analysis
• Good understanding of Defect Reporting, Sanity, Regression, Integration & System Testing
• Prepared test data by using XML/Excel and Test Harness
• Used test harness to test middleware applications
• Performed in Functional Testing, Regression Testing and Ad-Hoc Testing
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodology
• Good hands on testing concepts, testing life cycle and bug life cycle
• Identify, confirm, report and manage defects through resolution
• Should have good experience in SQL database
• Provide input to testing estimate and maintain testing schedule
• Should have good knowledge in Selenium & QTP is an added advantage
• Very good communication skills - oral and written
