Reporting To: Vice President (VP)

Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC) initially; a team will be assigned after joining.

HR (70%)
End-to-end HR operations
Employee lifecycle management
HR policies and compliance
Performance management
Employee engagement and other strategic HR initiatives
Administration (30%)
Office administration
Facility and vendor management
General administrative operations

912 years of experience in HR & Administration
MBA is mandatory
Industry background is open
