Key Responsibilities

• Own the master training calendar, manage capacity planning, and build training rosters for all new store launches and refresher tracks
• Partner with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to ensure >80% of frontline hires are onboarded and pass through mandatory training assessments before going live on the floor
• Maintain real-time dashboards on training completion rates, failure rates, and frontline attrition percentages
• Source venues, coordinate AV/IT needs, setup training equipment, and manage offline bootcamp operations
• Oversee physical dispatch of training manuals, SOP books, and hardware kits to regional hubs

Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years in Training Operations, L&D Project Management, or Retail Enablement
• Exceptional scheduling and data management skills
