We are hiring for a rapidly growing, technology-driven accounting and professional services organization that is redefining the delivery of accounting, tax, and advisory services.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned US Accounting professional ( Manager / Sr Manager ) to lead financial reporting, drive process efficiencies, and manage a high-performing finance & accounting team.

Location : Hyderabad

Type : Hybrid ( 3 days WFO)

Shift : 2 PM - 11 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements across multiple entities/locations
  • Manage month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
  • Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Oversee accounting areas such as cash, treasury, bank reconciliations, and prepaids
  • Support audit requirements with proper documentation and workpapers
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders

🔹 Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of accountants; ensure quality and timely deliverables
  • Manage workload allocation, deadlines, and performance expectations
  • Act as a key point of contact for US stakeholders and clients
  • Communicate proactively on deliverables, risks, and timelines

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in US Accounting / R2R / GL
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
  • Experience in team management (must-have) > 5 years
  • Hands-on with account reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting
  • Exposure to accounting tools (NetSuite / Quick Books/ Oracle preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

  • CA / CPA or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in shared services / GCC / consulting environment
