Manager Online Degree Sales

We Are Hiring | Team Manager / Sales Manager – Online Degree Programs | Bangalore

We are expanding our Online Degree business and looking for an experienced Team Manager who can lead from the front and drive admissions growth.

Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)

Eligibility Criteria

• 4–8 years of experience in Online UG/PG Degree Sales
• Prior experience managing Academic Counselors / Admission Counselors
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficiency in at least one South Indian language:
• Tamil
• Kannada
• Telugu
• Malayalam
• Strong understanding of the Online Degree ecosystem
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding admission targets

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Academic Counselors
• Drive admissions, registrations, and revenue targets
• Monitor team productivity and performance metrics
• Improve conversion ratios and counseling quality
• Ensure achievement of monthly and checkpoint targets

Preferred

• Experience with Alliance University Online, Dayananda Sagar University Online, or other Online Degree Universities
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
