Manager - MI & Analytics, PMS and Compensation

Summary: He/She will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of the organisation’s Performance Management System and Compensation processes. The role involves ensuring smooth execution of appraisal cycles, compensation reviews, and maintaining data accuracy. He/She will be also responsible for designing, developing, and managing HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.

Education: A master’s degree in HR or allied stream.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR.
• Hands-on experience in MI & Analytics/ managing appraisal cycles / compensation processes is preferable.
• Expertise in HR data management and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) will be added advantage.

Certification: Certification in HRM area will be added advantage.

Knowledge

• Familiarity with HR systems and tools.
• Understanding of PMS frameworks and compensation structures.
• Awareness of compliance requirements related to compensation.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and timelines effectively.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR technology platforms.
