Own the organisation’s employee listening agenda end to end, including planning cycles, running surveys and listening interventions, managing stakeholder inputs, tracking participation, synthesising insights, and ensuring closure of actions.
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify priority themes emerging from employee listening and convert them into actionable interventions for teams and the wider organisation.
Manage the employee perks portfolio end to end, including design, execution, communication, governance, and ongoing improvement to ensure relevance, adoption, and a positive employee experience.
Own new-joiner ramp-up activities end to end, including Day-1 experience, business induction content, co-ordination, and execution.
Drive programme and process excellence across all three areas through strong planning, calendar management, stakeholder co-ordination, communication, governance, and feedback closure.
Track effectiveness using metrics, dashboards, feedback and experience data; publish insights that help improve employee experience and inform people decisions.
Manage tools, systems and workflows required to run these processes smoothly and create seamless, engaging, and scalable employee experiences.
Continuously improve listening, perks and onboarding/ramp-up journeys by identifying pain points, testing improvements, and introducing better practices that increase experience quality and operational efficiency.
