Manager - Finance

Job Position: Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across our India and UAE entities. The role is responsible for managing accounting, compliance, taxation, audits, financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. The candidate will also lead and develop the finance team, ensuring operational excellence, strong financial controls, and effective collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of statutory regulations, multi-entity financial operations, and the ability to provide financial insights that support business growth and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibility

Financial Operations

• Lead and oversee end-to-end financial operations across India and UAE entities
• Ensure accurate accounting, financial controls, and process efficiency

Compliance & Regulatory Management

• Manage and ensure compliance with:
• VAT and Corporate Tax
• GST and TDS
• EPF & ESI regulations
• Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and implement necessary actions

Audit & Reporting

• Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure and compliance
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports, MIS, and dashboards to management

Financial Planning & Strategy

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business growth

Key Requirements

• Strong experience in handling multi-entity or international financial operations (India & UAE preferred)
• 5 plus years of industrial experience
• In-depth knowledge of taxation, compliance, and statutory regulations
• Proven experience in audits, payroll, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
