Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Manager, Capital Investment Financial Analytics in the Integrated Biologics Finance team, your role will involve providing end-to-end transparency on capital investments, driving financial modeling for growth projects, and delivering insight-led analytics to shape investment decisions. You will play a crucial role in enhancing financial visibility and enabling data-driven decision-making by partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver actionable financial insights by leading advanced analytics and performance assessments to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Provide end-to-end transparency on capital investments through preparation and analysis of CapEx reports, including variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Develop and own financial models for growth initiatives, including ROI, NPV, and payback analyses, to support investment prioritization.
- Drive high-quality business cases and investment proposals by preparing materials for leadership and investment committees.
- Ensure effective CapEx governance and compliance by supporting approval processes and adhering to Group financial policies and accounting standards.
- Enhance reporting and analytics capabilities by improving tools, processes, and data transparency.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Engineering, Project Management, Site Finance) to ensure robust planning, tracking, and financial steering of capital projects.
**Qualifications Required:**
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning Analysis (FPA), Corporate Finance, or Capital Investment Finance within a complex business environment.
- Strong expertise in Capital Expenditure (CapEx) management and governance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced financial modeling skills, including ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analysis, with hands-on experience supporting investment decisions.
- Proven experience in business case development and investment evaluation, translating financial insights into strategic recommendations.
- Strong financial analytics and performance analysis capabilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modeling techniques.
- Experience with Power BI, dashboards, and management reporting, along with the ability to create clear, executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
