We are looking for our Client based in Jamnagar GIDC

Designation: Accounts & Finance Manager

Exp. - 5-10 years

Qualifications: B.Com/M.com/MBA - Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards.
• Manage GST, TDS, TCS, VAT, and statutory compliance, including tax payments and returns.
• Finalize monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual accounts.
• Conduct internal audits and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle AP/AR, bank reconciliations, invoices, vendor payments, and cash flow management.
• Prepare MIS reports and support working capital, forex, and import-export banking activities.
• Ensure timely financial closures and respond to finance-related queries.

Skills & Competencies

• Mandatory: Tally ERP 9.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Finalization, Auditing, MIS Reporting, and Financial Controls.
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, TCS, VAT, Import-Export, and statutory compliance.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
