Machine Learning Engineer (Biometrics & Face Recognition)

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Machine Learning Engineer IV to build next-generation biometric

identity verification solutions. This role requires strong product engineering experience with scalable

Computer Vision systems, preferably in Face Recognition and Biometrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, train and deploy production-grade Computer Vision models.
• Build scalable ML systems and training pipelines.
• Develop biometric AI solutions for face recognition and identity verification.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams.
• Drive technical architecture and end-to-end ML ownership.

Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years relevant industry experience (or 2+ years with PhD)
• Deep Computer Vision expertise (Image Classification & Object Detection)
• Strong PyTorch and Python
• Proven production ML deployment
• Experience building ML systems on AWS
• Product engineering background with scalable systems

Preferred Skills

• Biometrics: Face Recognition, Face Verification, Face Matching, Liveness Detection
• Airflow and SQL
• Distributed / Multi-GPU training
• MLOps & Production ML Platforms
• Technical leadership and architecture ownership
• Research papers or thesis in Biometrics / Computer Vision
