Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) – 5+ Years | Bengaluru (Hybrid)

• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy Machine Learning models for forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and classification/regression use cases.
• Build scalable feature engineering, data preprocessing, and model training pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Work with large-scale industrial and operational datasets to generate predictive and prescriptive insights.
• Develop time-series forecasting and analytics solutions using sensor and telemetry data.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks Machine Learning and DataRobot for model development and deployment.
• Experience working with AVEVA PI System (OSI PI) and Azure Data Explorer (ADX).
• Implement end-to-end MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines for model training, testing, validation, and deployment.
• Monitor model performance, data drift, and model drift, and implement continuous retraining strategies.
• Perform feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, statistical analysis, and model optimization.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, time-series analytics, and predictive modeling.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with Azure cloud-based data platforms and enterprise-scale ML solutions is preferred.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft DP-100, AI-102, Databricks Machine Learning Professional, and DataRobot AI Practitioner.
