Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic LinkedIn & SEO Executive to join our digital

marketing team. This hybrid role demands expertise in both search engine optimization and

professional LinkedIn marketing to help boost our clients’ online visibility, generate B2B leads,

and strengthen brand authority.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct keyword research and analyze website content for SEO opportunities.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
• Optimize meta tags, titles, descriptions, and content for better search engine visibility.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush to analyze SEO

performance.

• Identify and resolve technical SEO issues including page speed and crawl errors.
• Build high-quality backlinks to enhance domain authority.
• Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly content.
• Monitor and report SEO metrics to the Digital Marketing Manager.
• Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes and industry trends.

LinkedIn Marketing

• Plan and execute organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns for brand visibility and lead

generation.

• Manage company LinkedIn pages and senior leadership profiles.
• Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content tailored for LinkedIn audiences.
• Set up and manage LinkedIn ads (Sponsored Content, InMail, Lead Gen Forms).
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to refine strategy.
• Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Engage with relevant groups and communities to increase brand engagement.
• Utilize automation tools for outreach and engagement where applicable.
• 9. Support the sales team with LinkedIn-based lead nurturing and prospecting.
