As part of our rapid expansion, we are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to build and lead our online business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the company's online business on Amazon India and Flipkart.
• Complete seller account registration, verification, and platform setup.
• Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Create, optimize and maintain product listings.
• Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization.
• Plan and execute Amazon PPC and Flipkart advertising campaigns.
• Analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends.
• Monitor daily sales, conversion rates, advertising performance, and inventory.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Plan promotional campaigns during major online sales events.
• Build the company's online brand and increase sales performance.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for e-commerce operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon India or Flipkart operations.
• Proven experience in launching and managing e-commerce stores from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, Sponsored Ads, and Flipkart Ads.
• Experience in product listing optimization and SEO.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated with strong execution ability.
• Experience in LED lighting, electronics, electrical products, home appliances, batteries, or energy storage products will be an added advantage.
