A leading global player in the frozen food manufacturing industry is seeking a passionate and hands-on Learning & Development Coordinator to join their growing India operations in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh.

This role offers the rare opportunity to build a Technical Learning Academy from the ground up, directly impacting safety, productivity, and career development on the shopfloor. You’ll work across teams to design digital training content, manage LMS systems, and bring learning to life in a world-class food production facility.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Create engaging SCORM-based and video modules based on SOPs and technical processes
• Work with internal experts and training partners to roll out customized content
• Manage LMS platform (Learn Upon) including uploads, analytics, and user support
• Plan and track shopfloor, functional, and compliance trainings
• Maintain training logs, audit data, and dashboards for continuous improvement

🎓 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Dairy, Biotech, or similar technical field
• 2–4 years in L&D, training coordination, or instructional design
• Familiarity with LMS tools, content authoring platforms (Articulate 360, etc.), and Excel
• Strong communication skills, planning orientation, and an eagerness to learn operations
