Lead Software Engineer (Java | R&D)

Experience: 4–6 Years*

Join our R&D team to design and develop next-generation software for network-connected systems and IoT solutions. We are looking for a hands-on Lead Software Engineer who can independently deliver features based on defined architecture, solve complex technical challenges, and build high-performance, scalable applications.

Required Skills

• Strong Core Java, Spring Boot, and Python
• Mandatory experience with JNI and Java Swing
• Strong understanding of Java Design Patterns and Distributed Systems
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs
• PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Keycloak
• TCP/IP, UDP, and HTTP networking
• Ubuntu & Windows development environment
• Git and Maven
• Good to have Knowledge of: Docker, Kubernetes - TLS/mTLS, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and Langfuse
