Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

Contract Duration: 6+ months

Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)

Location: Hybrid 2x days onsite - Hyderabad, India

Lead Salesforce Engineer (Service Cloud)

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise Salesforce Service Cloud solutions supporting global contact centre operations. This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep Salesforce development expertise, API integrations, and team mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
• Build customizations using Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, SOQL, and SOSL
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs
• Lead code reviews and mentor development teams
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions
• Support US Eastern Time overlap

Requirements

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong Service Cloud experience
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, Flow Builder, SOQL, and SOSL
• Experience leading development teams
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs
