Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the QA team by providing technical guidance and promoting QA best practices.
• Define QA strategy, test plans, estimations, and quality processes across multiple projects.
• Analyze business and functional requirements to create effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and other automation tools.
• Develop and execute API automation using REST Assured.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, System, API, ETL, and Performance Testing.
• Validate backend services and databases using SQL.
• Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related DevOps tools.
• Track quality metrics, manage defects, and ensure release readiness.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor QA engineers, and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Evaluate and implement AI-assisted testing solutions and intelligent automation practices.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software while maintaining quality standards.
