About the Role

We are seeking a Lead or Principal Data Scientist to join a global fintech organization focused on transforming the asset and wealth management space. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to fine-tune models and deliver intelligent, personalized user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with design and product teams to build and optimize conversational AI experiences.

Fine-tune models using LoRA and advanced RAG frameworks with data tailored to specific business use cases.

Drive innovation in Generative AI and NLP to enhance product capabilities and scalability.

Required Qualifications

Over 10 years of total work experience with a Master s or Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

5 8 years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Text Mining, and NLP.

2+ years of hands-on experience working with LLMs and Generative AI, with proven expertise in building conversational AI products or platforms.

Familiarity with financial concepts and investing is a solid advantage, though not mandatory.
