Job Description & Responsibilities

Develop and execute IT infrastructure security policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with industry standards and regulations.
Define Strategy for Infrastructure Security tools like DLP, Encryption, Antivirus, Firewalls & Advance threat prevention etc.
Architecture, design, implementation & Support.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scanning to identify and assess potential security threats and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, intrusion detection systems, among others.
Monitor the security infrastructure continuously to identify and respond to security events promptly.
Conduct security awareness training and education programs for employees across the organization.
Collaborate with other departments such as IT, engineering, and operations to understand business strategies and ensure security measures are aligned to protect critical assets.
Manage security incidents and collaborate with internal and external parties to contain and resolve issues.
Stay updated on emerging security threats, trends, and best practices and recommend proactive measures to enhance infrastructure security.
