Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise-grade desktop applications. In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and the .NET ecosystem to build high-performance, scalable, and visually intuitive desktop solutions. You will champion best architectural practices, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, high-performance desktop applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
• Develop rich user interfaces utilizing WPF, XAML, and advanced data-binding techniques.
• Implement architectural patterns strictly adhering to MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) to ensure clean separation of concerns.
• Optimize application performance by diagnosing and resolving memory leaks, rendering bottlenecks, and concurrency issues.
• Integrate backend services by consuming RESTful APIs, gRPC, or WCF services securely and efficiently.
• Lead database design and data access optimization using Entity Framework, ADO.NET, or LINQ.
• Write clean code by enforcing SOLID principles, design patterns, and comprehensive unit testing (e.g., NUnit, XUnit, Moq).
• Mentor junior developers through constructive code reviews, technical guidance, and pair programming sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.

Required Technical Skills

• Core Language: Expert-level proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem (Framework and Core).
• Desktop Technologies: Deep, hands-on mastery of WPF, XAML, Styles, Templates, Triggers, and Custom Controls.
• Design Patterns: Expert knowledge of the MVVM pattern and associated frameworks (e.g., Prism, MVVM Light, Caliburn.Micro).
• Multithreading: Strong experience in asynchronous programming (Async/Await), TPL (Task Parallel Library), and background thread management.
• Tools & Libraries: Experience with third-party WPF UI suites (e.g., Telerik, DevExpress, Infragistics) and dependency injection containers.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
