• We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Lead Developer with 8+ years of relevant expertise in C# and .NET technologies. The role demands strong technical leadership, advanced software design capabilities, and ownership of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
• The candidate will play a key role in driving design excellence, ensuring code quality, and mentoring team members.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Drive advanced system design by applying:
• Design Patterns
• Modular Architecture
• Software Engineering Best Practices
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Develop application features using TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Establish and improve coding standards, development guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ensure seamless integration with:
• Git
• CI/CD Pipelines
• Version Control Systems
• Deliver projects within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.

Strong expertise in

• Backend Development

Excellent understanding of

Proven experience in
