Lead Mobile Developer

Responsibilities

End-to-End Development: Lead the development of complex, high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using a single codebase.Architecture and State Management: Design and implement scalable app architectures using industry-standard state management solutions (e. g., Bloc/Cubit, Riverpod, or Provider).Custom UI/UX: Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, fluid, and responsive UIs using Flutter's widget tree, including custom animations and complex layouts.API Integration: Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs, ensuring robust data persistence and offline capabilities.Performance Optimisation: Profile and optimise app performance (e. g., reducing junk, optimising build methods, and memory management).Native Interoperability: Write platform-specific code using method channels when necessary to access native features.

State Management: Expert-level understanding of at least one major state management library (Bloc or Riverpod preferred).Software Design: Strong grasp of SOLID principles, clean architecture, and design patterns.Testing: Proficiency in writing unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure app stability.Release apps: Deploying the build into the App Store/Google Play.Native Knowledge: Familiarity with native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin) is a significant plus.
