We are looking for a talented Lead MERN Stack Developer with 3-4 years of experience in both

front-end and back-end development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in working across all

components of the MERN stack—MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js—and should possess a

solid foundation in web development principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless front-end and back-end integration.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other team members to ensure seamless user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills

• Proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with front-end libraries like Redux
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Understanding of REST APIs and their integration with front-end services.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
