Lead Java Developer (Min 12+ years exp needed & Immediate joiners)

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 12+ years experience in Java Backend developement
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring / Spring Boot / Hibernate).
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third‑party systems.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following standard coding practices and design patterns.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, product managers, and other stakeholders.
• Implement security, performance, and scalability best practices in backend services.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and deploy fixes and improvements.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience in Java (Java 8 or above).
• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot for building RESTful services.
• Good understanding of API design, HTTP, JSON, and microservices concepts.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate/JPA).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing (e.g., JUnit, Mockito).
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
