🚀 Hiring: HR Business Partner – Lead | Hyderabad (WFO)

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner – Lead to act as a strategic advisor and operational anchor for our team in Hyderabad. If you have a data-driven mindset, strong execution capabilities, and a passion for shaping an exceptional employee experience, we want to hear from you!

📌 Key Details

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office - WFO)

Shift Timings: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Budget: 11 LPA Fixed

Experience: 7–10 years (with significant exposure to HRBP roles)

Education: MBA in HR from a reputed institute

Should be able to join within 30days.

💼 What You Will Do

Strategic Partnership: Partner with business leaders to translate organizational priorities into effective HR strategies that boost productivity and retention.

Performance & Talent Management: Lead end-to-end PMS cycles, manage structured PIPs, design succession pipelines, and drive workforce planning.

Employee Experience & GPTW: Own end-to-end Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification initiatives, analyze survey insights, and implement action plans to elevate workplace culture.

Compliance & Ethics: Act as the custodian of HR policies, labor laws, and serve as the Point of Contact (POC) for POSH-related matters and workplace investigations.

HR Analytics & Tools: Track and analyze key HR metrics (attrition, flight risks, productivity)

🌟 What We Are Looking For

7–10 years of robust HR experience, with a core focus on HRBP functions, PMS, and employee relations.

Hands-on expertise with HRMS platforms

Strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and a data-driven mindset.

Maturity and confidentiality in handling complex employee relations and compliance matters.
