Lead - HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role ensures timely fulfillment of manpower needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for all positions.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals & social media.
• Conduct screenings & coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiations, offer letters & joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS & hiring dashboards.
• Support employer branding & recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/HR preferred)in Human Resources.
• 58 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, coordination & negotiation skills.
• Experience with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
