About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Lead Full Stack Trainer with 10+ years of professional experience to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will design, deliver, and mentor high-impact training programs covering modern Full Stack Web Development, focusing heavily on Node.js for backend engineering and ReactJS for frontend development (MERN stack ecosystem).

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Lead hands-on classroom and live interactive training sessions on Node.js, Express.js, ReactJS, and end-to-end JavaScript/TypeScript architecture.
• Course & Content Design: Develop, update, and refine training modules, lab exercises, real-world capstone projects, and assessment materials.
• Mentorship: Guide learners through complex coding challenges, code reviews, architectural decisions, and industry best practices.
• Skill Assessment: Conduct regular evaluations, technical mock interviews, and project reviews to ensure student readiness for software engineering roles.
• Stay Updated: Continuously adapt course content to align with emerging trends in Node.js runtime, React ecosystem (Next.js), and cloud deployment workflows.

Core Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of total experience in software engineering, technical training, or team mentorship.
• Node.js Backend Mastery: Deep knowledge of Node.js event loop, asynchronous programming, Express.js (or NestJS), middleware design, microservices, and REST/GraphQL API creation.
• ReactJS Frontend Mastery: Deep understanding of modern React features (Hooks, State Management via Redux Toolkit/Zustand, Context API, Virtual DOM, and Component Architecture).
• JavaScript & TypeScript: Command over ES6+ features, TypeScript for full-stack type safety, and modern toolchains (Vite, Webpack, Babel).
• Database Management: Proficiency in NoSQL systems (MongoDB) as well as relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL), paired with ORMs/ODMs like Mongoose or Prisma.
• DevOps & Version Control: Expertise in Git/GitHub, Docker, and basic CI/CD pipeline deployments (AWS, GCP, or Vercel/Render). Key Attributes & Soft Skills

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
