Job Title: Lead Frontend Developer

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Experience Required: 4+ years (Minimum 2 years in a lead role managing 10+ members)

Budget: Up to ₹8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

•

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ frontend developers.

•

Oversee project timelines, code quality, and delivery of web solutions.

•

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

•

Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive, high-performance web applications.

•

Implement best practices for code quality, version control, and development standards.

•

Manage task allocation, performance reviews, and skill development within the team.

•

Ensure Shopify storefronts are customized, maintained, and enhanced to meet business requirements.

Mandatory Skills

•

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) – Strong coding fundamentals.

•

React.js – Component-based architecture, state management, hooks.

•

Shopify – Theme customization, Liquid templates, and Shopify APIs.

•

Team leadership – Minimum 2 years of experience managing at least 10 developers.

•

Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Preferred Skills

•

Knowledge of frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).

•

Familiarity with REST APIs & GraphQL.

•

Basic understanding of SEO and performance optimization.

•

Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
