Lead Finance Manager

We are hiring a Lead Finance Manager to lead and strengthen our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in managing finance operations, accounting, compliance, and financial reporting within a mid-sized organization.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with organizations that have successfully completed an IPO or possess hands-on experience in IPO readiness, financial due diligence, statutory reporting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounts operations, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Assist in Board reporting, Audit Committee presentations, and governance-related activities.
• Support IPO-related financial reporting, compliance, documentation, and due diligence initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Experience in a mid-sized organization is preferred.
• Exposure to IPO, IPO readiness, or finance operations in a listed company is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial reporting, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates based in Gujarat will be preferred, though this is not mandatory.
