Lead Engineer Aiml Hyderabad (India)

Role Description The role will drive the design, development, and delivery of AI/ML solutions with an emphasis on Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures. Requires hands on expertise in implementation of GenAI projects.

Key Responsibilities

-Delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, implement GenAI workflows including RAG systems, fine tune LLMs, prompt driven agents, and automation pipelines.

-Build PoC / blueprint implementations to validate concepts.

-Guide AI/ML best practices, evaluate GenAI technologies, frameworks, and cloud AI services

-Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape AI initiatives

-Ensure responsible AI practices, enterprise security and compliance considerations

Required Skills

-Hands on experience in Python, LLMs, Generative AI, and core machine learning

-Practical implementation experience in GenAI projects (e.g., RAG chatbot, work automation, domain specific models)

-Experienced in ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow or similar) is a definite plus

-Solid understanding of AI architecture, embeddings, vector databases

-Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD

-Familiarity with cloud AI platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP and cloud-based data and ML services
