As a Lead Digital Product Development – Agentic AI, you will lead the development of advanced AI-powered products and applications, transforming complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready solutions. You will work across the full technology stack, guiding teams in building Agentic AI systems, Generative AI applications, and modern cloud-native solutions while collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Agentic Solution Development

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end Generative AI solutions
• Architect and implement Agentic AI systems leveraging modern AI frameworks and platforms
• Develop solutions utilizing large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and enterprise knowledge integration
• Drive prompt engineering, model optimization, and AI deployment best practices
• Build intelligent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, tool usage, memory management, and workflow orchestration

Product & Technical Leadership

• Translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML architectures and production-ready solutions
• Lead technical teams through the complete product development lifecycle
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies

Full-Stack Development

• Design and develop modern web applications, APIs, and microservices
• Build scalable backend services using technologies such as .NET, Python, or Node.js
• Develop responsive frontend applications using React, TypeScript, or similar frameworks
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications and workflows

Machine Learning & Data Science

• Design and optimize machine learning models including:
• Regression
• Classification
• Feature Engineering
• NLP Solutions
• Neural Networks (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM)
• Develop and deploy transformer-based AI models
• Implement performance monitoring, model evaluation, and responsible AI controls

DevOps & Cloud Engineering

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Support deployment of solutions on cloud AI platforms
• Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and performance of production systems
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate shared services and components

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with product managers, business analysts, UX teams, and stakeholders
• Lead technical discussions and solution reviews
• Communicate AI concepts and technical strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions
• Strong expertise in:
• React
• TypeScript
• Modern frontend frameworks
• Strong backend development experience with:
• .NET
• Node.js
• Python
• Solid understanding of:
• REST APIs
• Microservices Architecture
• System Design Principles
• Strong machine learning and data science foundation
• Experience with:

• Transformer Models
• Neural Networks (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM)
• Model Evaluation & Optimization
• Practical experience with:
• Generative AI

• Strong prompt engineering expertise
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and technical projects
