We are looking for a Lead Backend Developer with 46 years of experience in building

and deploying scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on

experience with Python and AI-driven solutions, a proven track record of working on live production projects, and solid team leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend systems and APIs

Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions

Work closely with product managers, frontend developers, and AI teams

Guide and mentor backend developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best

practices

Take ownership of live projects, deployments, and production support

Collaborate on system design, workflows, and technical decision-making

Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability

Support integration of AI/ML components into backend systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

46 years of experience in backend development

Robust proficiency in Python and Node.js (preferred).

Experience working with AI / ML-based systems using Python (integration,

APIs, workflows)

Hands-on experience deploying and managing live production projects

Solid understanding of system design, architecture, and backend workflows

Experience with RESTful APIs and backend frameworks

Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data handling

Experience in team handling and technical leadership roles

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Experience with Node.js for backend development.

Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment
