About the Role The Lead Analyst Cybersecurity (GCO) is responsible for managing, analysing, and responding to complex cybersecurity threats and incidents across HSBC.

The role involves leading incident response activities, strengthening security operations, and ensuring compliance with global security standards and policies.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate analysis of cybersecurity threats, incidents, and escalations.

Provide advanced investigation support across SIEM, EDR, and Cloud security platforms.

Develop and fine-tune detection rules, playbooks, and security use cases.

Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to improve cyber defence posture.

Support regulatory, compliance, and audit activities for cybersecurity operations.

Mentor and guide junior analysts within the team.
