Lead AI ML Engineer(8+ Yrs of Ex & Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and integrate AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock (Claude) and AWS AI services.
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, task execution, and multi-step decision-making.
• Develop context-aware prompts and maintain reusable prompt templates for enterprise AI applications.
• Implement model selection strategies to optimize performance, latency, and inference cost.
• Integrate LLM APIs (Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Claude) into applications using REST APIs and SDKs.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge-driven AI applications.
• Develop and integrate AI agents using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to securely connect LLMs with external tools, APIs, enterprise systems, and data sources.
• Build AI agent orchestration workflows, including tool calling, function calling, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Enable AI prompt/response audit logging, monitoring, observability, and governance.
• Design, deploy, optimize, and maintain AI/ML models in production environments.
• Prepare, clean, transform, and manage structured and unstructured data for AI/ML and LLM applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-powered features and solutions.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, LLM frameworks, Agentic AI architectures, and AWS AI services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, Deep Learning, or Generative AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with AWS Services, especially Amazon Bedrock.
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, and Information Retrieval.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentic AI solutions using autonomous agents, reasoning frameworks, workflow orchestration, and tool calling.
• Experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for integrating AI models with enterprise tools, APIs, databases, and external services.
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, or similar LLM APIs.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, API integration, and AI application development.
• Experience in Data Engineering, including data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and pipeline development.
• Familiarity with model selection, inference optimization, prompt optimization, and AI cost management.
• Knowledge of vector databases (such as Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch, or ChromaDB) is a plus.
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI applications is preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
