• Manage and grow key customer accounts

• Coordinate with operations and internal teams for seamless service delivery
• Monitor account performance and drive customer satisfaction

Preferred Profile

✔️ Experience in Freight Forwarding

✔️ Strong Key Account Management skills

✔️ Knowledge of Air & Sea Freight operations

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

✔️ Customer-centric and result-oriented approach
