Job Purpose

Manage and grow relationships with key business customers by driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B /Regional SMT customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, finance, and customer support) to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and account plans.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline data.
