We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Kotlin & Flutter Developer to join our engineering team.

As a junior developer, you will work closely with senior engineers to build, maintain, and scale high-performance mobile applications that save lives and improve patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities

Application Development: Assist in developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and native Android components using Kotlin.Feature Implementation: Build reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Testing & Optimization: Perform unit testing and bug fixing to ensure application stability and optimal performance.Collaboration: Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from initial requirement gathering to deployment.Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends in mobile development, healthcare technology standards, and data privacy regulations.Technical Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Flutter: Strong understanding of Dart, Flutter widgets, and state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, or GetX).Kotlin: Familiarity with Kotlin and the Android SDK for native integrations.APIs: Experience or knowledge of integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.Tools: Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a "can-do" attitude toward solving complex logical problems.Preferred Attributes

Prior internship experience in mobile app development.A portfolio or GitHub profile featuring personal projects or open-source contributions.Knowledge of local and international healthcare standards (such as ABDM, HIPAA, or GDPR) is a significant plus.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.Why Join Us?
