Role Description The Junior Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. This role is responsible for managing and growing Nexfore Consulting’s presence across social media platforms, including planning and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a professional manner. The position involves supporting digital marketing campaigns, optimizing social media content for reach and performance, and assisting with basic analytics reporting to track campaign effectiveness. The team member will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand service offerings, create relevant content, and maintain consistent brand messaging. The role also includes staying updated on social media trends and suggesting improvements to enhance online visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Strong social media marketing skills, including experience with major platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and audience engagement.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to create clear, professional messages and coordinate with internal teams.
• Knowledge of content strategy and basic content planning to align posts and campaigns with business goals.
• Experience with social media optimization (SMO) and digital marketing fundamentals, including campaign support and simple performance tracking.
• Ability to work on-site in Thane, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools (such as platform insights or Google Analytics) is an advantage.
• Relevant education in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, along with internship or entry-level experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Interest in safety, consulting, or professional services domains is beneficial.
